Monroe Capital, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Paul Adams. Paul has more than thirty years of experience in the real estate and finance industries.
Surrounded by an experienced and talented team, Paul Adams, Monroe Capital, Inc. and its wholly owned companies have facilitated in excess of $500,000,000 in financing solutions throughout all facets of the commercial real estate industry. These funds have provided borrowers with the capital necessary to acquire real estate with an aggregate value exceeding $4,500,000,000.

Paul began his career in the real estate and finance industries over 30 years ago and has honed his ability to thoroughly understand the complexities of a project and provide practical financing solutions. Paul has vast experience as an entrepreneur and throughout his career has built multiple private and publicly traded companies. Paul has helped facilitate the acquisition of over Three Billion Dollars in commercial real estate for borrowers. Paul is an avid bicyclist and strong supporter of charities such as Boys and Girls Club of Rochester and Bivona Child Advocacy Center as well as other educational programs.
Gary brings over 35 years of construction and project management experience to Monroe Capital. Gary has built numerous commercial and medical office buildings. His understanding of the intricacies of construction facilitates the analysis of loans and expedites the due diligence process.
Dave brings with him over 10 years of progressive operations, finance, and marketing experience. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester with a BA in History and has a STEM designated MBA from the Simon Business School. Dave serves on the Board for Literacy Rochester and Literacy CNY.
Bryce graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelor’s in Accounting with a minor in Fraud in 2016. Bryce has developed accounting experience in various industries including Insurance and Real Estate Law. In his role as bookkeeper, he is responsible for day-to-day financial activities, record keeping, and reconciliation analysis.
Betsy's interest in real estate began while she was working as a leasing consultant for a large apartment company. That interest has grown into owning commercial property.
Kaylin graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a Bachelor's in Psychology and dual minors in Cognitive Science and Human Development in 2019. This academic background, paired with over 3 years of Property Tax Servicing experience, have uniquely prepared Kaylin to assist in operations at Monroe Capital. Kaylin is currently serving as Alumni Events Coordinator for the Alpha Delta Epsilon Alumni Board Association.
